Keep up the good work beautiful u got this !!!

I know that but wake up always regretting it...never have I regretted a sober morning

Reinforce your values. What matters to you?? Write them out. Remember what matters and plan your next moves to go create/grow/embody what u value.
Don’t just stay “busy”… go towards what matters🤍

Any hobbies?

You don’t have to drink even when you want to

Weekends are toughest for me as well. I try to keep busy or read a lot.

I’d go to lots of AA meetings and get involved my program.
Just a thought

Hit some extra meeting or chill in meetings on zoom (search online aa meetings). Everyone is so kind and there to support. Use the fellowship

I am 35 days sober and yes it's hard but as long you stay connected plan a meeting also talk to other alcoholics, and don't so hard on yourself. It's possible and worth it.. you can this

I joined PF for $25 a month and it definitely helps

 It helps me sometimes to get out of the house. It's difficult where I live, but I do my best to avoid going past liquor stores. I love being outside (parks, etc.) but lately, since it's cold and snowy here, I'll go to an arcade or a mall. I'm not good at arcade stuff, but I amuse myself with pinball for an hour. It's inexpensive and there's no booze there. Keep moving forward!

Try Vivitrol shots, they help with alcohol cravings and obsession
