But now you have choices! I chose to spend more time is a small hick town. The friends I have made after getting sober are TRUE friends. Start thinking outside the box. What have you always wanted to do, but addiction held you back? Join a club, start a club. Turn the energy you used to fuel your addiction to something positive and amazing things can happen.
Yep, exactly. I lost all my friends when I quit drinking. I moved from the city back to my hometown because I used to live right next to a liquor store. Now I’ve been out in the country for 9 months. I’m so lonely some days I can’t breath. I’m pretty sure I’m never going to date again. It really sucks. You’re not alone in being lonely.
Keep rocking girl and even if you find yourself lonely at times remember and remind yourself why you're doing what you're doing.
How dire and life changing it will be in time. And with patience and hard work you could find yourself at a facility helping others like ourselves. 
Far away from that small town.
Keep pushing and always reach out if you need to vent or just talk.
And remember, sometimes positive change and growth, scares people who are just standing still.
I am from a very small town. Born and raised. I know just how hard it can be when you feel you have no friends and no where to go.
Just stay strong and smile at the haters. You got this.
