Well, after a 6 month stint in rehab i relapsed. Extremely upset with myself.

Hi sorry to hear that. Didn’t they set you up with aftercare. The first rehab I went to 2019 I was forced to go and I honestly was back drinking quickly. The last 
detox hospital was amazing and I knew I was ready. When I left they set up an entire aftercare with a counselor, a recovery coach , intensive outpatient program and Early recovery meeting that I still go to. Plus I was given Campral for cravings. Will have 35 months this Sunday. Just get right back into it. Stay away from people, places and things that trigger you. I haven’t seen some of my family in 35 months because of alcoholism in my family. I don’t want to give up what I gained back.
Please get back into rehab instead of staying out. One day at a time only way that worked for me. Good luck
