Well dear friends, I’m on a good one. In the past 4 days I probably got around 4 hours sleep. It was a totally compulsive move, and it’s just the that familiar pattern that has reared its happy head once again. I’m even trying to buy more. I was doing so well, but after over 2 months off the glass pipe, I just said “F it” and made the call. Aside from future health ramifications, there isn’t really any consequence for my using. I have a little fun, I get things done, and then I stop for a while. I do, however, harbor a bit of disappointment in my actions, but aside from that, it’s just something I do every now and then. I DO want desperately to abandon the whole thing entirely, but if I keep saying “F it”, then that becomes more elusive. Thoughts?

If nothing changes nothing changes my friend , try relocating try sober living long term make meetings and as far as no ramifications there’s always jails and death waiting around the corner beware we all have to leave the party at some point. Good luck !
