Well… Day 4 is almost in the bag… I went to the lake with fiends and family yesterday… Alcohol everywhere.. I said no thank you, bbq today and I said no again. I am praying that my resolve continues to hold;) peace!

Dude you're f***ing killing it man. I'm on day 3 completely clean of all substances. Something I have dreamed of but never thought was possible. We got this dude and you are going to be ok. Just remember recovery is about walking and not running. When you run you miss out on so much and life passes by quickly. However, when you walk you're able to see life's beauty for what it's meant to be and are able to take it all in slowly so you can remember everything you see and do. Be proud of yourself and continue to own the day.
