Well here I am again and I don’t know why? I just thought because I’m trying to taper off I would get a four pack of wine and that’s all I would do

Gotta tear that bandaid off fast. Never was able to “taper” here off alcohol. Or anything for that matter. Hope you can find a way to just not use.

Hi Terri! Hope you can get beyond the idea of tapering off. It often takes several attempts before we come to the conclusion that we need to make more changes and become willing to do so. Now would be a great time to start a new and improved recovery program. You can do it

Not tapering off just not drinking tomorrow and I have to go to work so that always helps

I’m in after 4 o’clock drinker never wake up drinking never drink on the job job

You should delete your number. You can always friend someone and send it to them privately once you feel comfortable

I just went through a video about feeling the pain and just letting it happen and not drinking because of it and I think that kind of helps

Have so many issues as a child that I just blocked out but I continue to block out everything every everything it’s not pleasant I just block it out I don’t deal with it

Terri take things one day at a time. Find a sober support group and a good friend to talk to. Sounds to me you got some dark secrets to your past your holding on too. Find a good friend you can trust and talk to. Will do you some good. We all need that friend to talk to. Good luck on your journey
