Feeling miserable
Sad and lonely and depressed for nothing and about everything
I’m fine just anxious
All I want is a good night sleep
Sleeping is a challenge! I guess I am fortunate I deal with sleeplessness as an unfortunate reality and am lucky I don't have the emotions you are experiencing. Can you read a book or write in a journal? Something positive to pass the time? I'm waiting to go on a long walk before I have to get ready for work.

Lack of sleep will play so much into how we feel especially feelings of anxiety. I understand what you’re experiencing. Take care of yourself and remember to H.A.L.T (an acronym that helps us remember when we are feeling off to check in with ourselves) ask yourself am I Hungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired? If it’s any or all then give yourself what you need in that moment. It will pass, feelings come and go. AA meetings really helped me with a lot of those struggles you mentioned above
