If you're still alive, you still have a chance. And many, many people here will tell you that if you follow the steps then they will work. There are a couple different ways to get clean and stay that way in terms of mentally, but they all lead towards not poisoning ourselves any more.

Try not not to look at it as a failure. Look at it as how can I change what keeps happening. What are you doing doing for everyday support? Do you go to meetings? Work a program? Therapy?

I agree with Josh, you're still here and you've got one heck of a fighting chance. Come on sis you can do this!

Change it up. I know it’s difficult when we don’t know how but we can’t be doing the same thing and expect a different outcome.

Depression is so hard to deal with.

I never got depression until I did. I bet I have lived close to a third of the days in the last five years depressed all day. . I found the only thing to work for me typically is forcing myself to break my cycles that day. Getting up in the morning, going outside and working through my gratitudes every single morning has.made a significant impact.also.
