Well I feel good about today
And life going on even tho I lost a distance cousin he lived a nice life so I know he would of wanted me to continue to do what keeps me doing good but I celebrate his life up to the time god took him in his hands
And burn a candle to the good bad and indifference can flow with the waves of the room temperature winds and say thanks fa everything big cuz 
and blow it out ......
Now getting ready to watch the sun set in the westttt and do my routine after that looking forward to hearing alot of good news today and seeing pleasing faces hallelujah .......
And all month long as well I so need it and for this 90 days I got to work harder then I ever did in a long while cause my nephew moving out and I got to fill that void etc so pray fa me and my peeps and him to be ok etc and I wit all of yous and I celebrated yesterday 18 ages no Newport man it's rough.....
So I say step works support work but extra stuff on hand as a backer can't hurt a cuz after party went to after party and after party after that so support team after support team after meet and greet then meeting then after support team build after that is great welcome to the ones that's new see you around the rooms to the ones who stay and if you confused then your in the right place to get straight........
