Well I had my first counseling session which went well. Starting this new journey in sobriety while treating my depression gives me hope.
Although I'm not used to it, I'm glad I found this app with such a great community of helpful and like-minded people.
I hope to build a strong online support base and offer my own support to others as well and making plenty of new friends in the process.
