I started going to meetings about a week ago. A lot of cliques in the sober world. I'm slowly getting to know people though.

Find a sober club near you. Yes AA can be cliquish but it is easy to meet people and get involved. You asked now what… soak in the sober glory and few the weight being lifted off you.

I follow many 12 Step programs because it’s the way of living that I want for me and what I hope to find in a partner!
So, know that you getting sober is very attractive!! :sunglasses::joy::relaxed::raised_hands::clap::clap:
It’s the secret sauce women want in a guy which is part of AA/12 Step Programs: vulnerability, honesty, accountability, making amends-it is HOT, HOT, HOT!:fire::sunglasses: :joy:
I got out of a marriage where I was blamed, shamed, deceived, gaslighted, abused and manipulated by an alcoholic. All my relationships have changed for the better, particularly with my kids, because I got sober.
