Substitute. Treat yourself with a selection of gourmet teas in cute mugs flavored with honey and cream. Order Dynamic Tart Cherry Concentrate (Amazon) and add a Tbs. or so to ice water in a wine glass and sip. Great anti-oxidants. You are special and deserve to be pampered.

Oh yes. My blood pressure would go through the roof and I thought my heart was going to come out of my chest. Not fun.
