Well I've failed myself and the people that love me again how mini relapses will it take so here we go starting over day one again I just asked that God give me the strength to make it through this day without using

Deborah, you’re not alone. Many of us struggle to get and stay sober. I was a chronic relapser too!
If I can do it, you can too.
I finally made my sober program my number one priority in life! Over finance, romance and even family. Once I did that then everything got better and easier.
I went all in! Early morning meetings daily, and every night. Got a sponsor and did the 12 steps. Took direction.
This is the easier & softer way.

Relapse was the end result . Learn from it reflect on it. Identify were u started to slip .so u can recognize the signs and take action .for with every relapse u have a chance to learn the devil's tactics so next time he can't overwhelm u .stay blessed

I hear you. I started sobriety again today is day 4. I'm having withdrawals which is terrible. I rather live for everyone in my life than die for them. It is really hard though. I just got to believe I can do this.

I have failed more times than I can count but by the Grace of God :pray:I've able have rhe strength to pick myself up and dust my myself off and thank God for Forgiveness
