Well, made it 4 days! It has been hard. My mind thinking how good a drink would be but, I know it's the addiction thinking. I'm going to a birthday party tomorrow.I know there is going to be people drinking. I'm nervous about that. I don't know how I'm going to deal with that. All I can do is ask the Lord to help me.

The first 30 days is the hardest. You got this. Just think how clearly you'll be able tonsee everybody qt the birthday party not drinking. And if it's too much just pass on it for now. You take care of you.
