The narcissist strikes again. She knows that having my kids on the weekend is one of my biggest things keeping me sober so now she’s withholding them. I feel so broken, but I know not to turn into the bottle cause I’ll just make it worse.

I’m sorry, that’s heavy. You’re doing the hardest thing by not picking up. Your kids will see the truth in time, just keep showing up for you and them. Stay Strong
