Yeah just discouraging to think about that I even see a bag, and my willpower goes out the window
Meetings, fellowship… rehab possibly? You don’t need to do this sober thing alone.

I commend anyone who relapses and still finds courage to show back up in the rooms. Takes a lot of strength to face that.

Proud of you. None of this is easy.
Glad you're able to get back. Find a sponsor and get started on the steps. Going to meetings without getting into the work can kill you or send you out once again. You can't live on fellowship, it's unity, service, recovery. I relapsed a lot, had to go to rehab and medication along with working a program of recovery.
