Well today I went to go see my psy and cause I have a violent criminal substance abuse poor funded and hospitaliaztion past abandonedment ECT
I know don't use work the 12steps and it does get better
But too those that think that when they see my life do get better and it's to the point my success hurts them that they wanna get me a psy to figure me out like how am I happy with nothing at times my psy that I have hear about my trouble past and look to me and say how could he be arrogant I think he needs to be committed so I got psy in one ear familia in another ear everyday struggle and I think I need to be pleased .
This still going on wit 20+ ages in the program they talking I'm to arrogance to argue cause your talking and ain't listing to what I got to say they don't believe in it think it don't work even tho they haven't seen me pick up or have dirty drops in 20+ ages
And they get really pised about this stuff too it's like they seek me out after so long I'm like ready to surrender and they ready to fight
I like rigs in lethal weapon I'm getting to old fa this shih .
But when I go too my home group get up with my 20+ ages folks and few know me on down I can bare it just one more moment and so I give that to the new comer they seen you down then when you come up and happy your shirt match your shoes and it's a suit or something you look cute and you don't wanna use you go see your therapist or familiar they might say let's up your perception or change it cause it works so well cause like sponser at times the lit say even we goof and the good times can be a trap sharing is risky but take on any account that if you going any where in good spirits grounds and meaning that you not trying to use or harm or steal nothing from no body but just to enhance the evening then may good bless you and keep you safe but if you are you better work with someone in recovery instead your higher power will put in you everything vthat you need from this point forward and I not knocking a good psy neither or a concern family member who just want the best for you after all some watch you grow and still see you as a child and you been through some hard knocks and they pray for your life and willing to give up everything they have to make show you all right and you can't stop them there enable you didn't happen when you were using now they think they can trust you today to handle important stuff and bless you to the point you don't want it but to do the job. Is your only motive but to quit the problem you take it now people pleasing
But hey all I can say today was sort of stressful but I didn't use and that's all I got
