Well wit me today I don't wanna use and I act like it today
And is Glade I'm safe at home and sending prayers to those recovery people who have and had to evacuate their home
And I'm at home in Chicago
Grateful that I got foods to eat good night sleep and can choose which way I want too ride around
I use to think it was all about money property and prestige until I turned on my TV and saw the news
In my addiction I think I must of ran through my love ones and nem life like what I saw wit this (ian)
But in bad times is our strength in America 
I'm just so thankful for a phone help line service a meeting hall a speaker steps online a home base recovery too and most importantly the higher power right in the middle of it
I'm covered like a blanket and
Life is good fa me I guess it was written before I start out or my dad first few meetings that Kevin b before you almost 20 years in your recovery you is going to be upset about something major that you want to help pray mediate and light a candle and listen to the sound mind speak but over all be grateful that you stayed the course in recovery
