What’s a small wellness habit that’s been making a big difference for you lately?
Increasing my protein intake. I know protein is important to keep/build muscle--but the difference I feel in my body is amazing.
A small wellness that has been keeping me focused is staying grounded, and making sure I am right sized.
An herbal regime, daily dose of olive oil and extracts. Also vegetable protein, flaxseed and using nutritional yeast as well as drinking beet kvass
Waking up instead of coming too works for me
Lost about 50 pounds, going for 50 more, its become the new addiction lol
An exercise challenge group to lose weight. Unfortunately I'm addicted to food too so this is totally defeating my purpose.. I gotta deal with the addictions first
Yeah staying grounded when disregulated is important... I'm learning how to do that too
I found if I can stay grounded I can stay focused.
When I'm focused it allows me to stay right sized. And by staying right sized it allows me to help the addict and alcoholic who still suffers because I can get outside of myself.
