Went our with a bunch of guys im friends with over 40 years to a tavern for pizza and beers. I was nervous leading up to it but now have gained so much confidencein myself be cause i did not let alchacol control me for the first time in a long time. I had a few stella N/A beers and actually had a great time. Always thought i needed alcahol to have fun especially with others who were drinking. I actualy looked at on guy who was drunk and loud slurring his speech and said wow that is how i always looked and sounded. Realized and learned alot last night that will belp me on my journey.

I’m glad and grateful you came to the conclusion you are powerless (no control) over alcohol. You realized you can have fun without alcohol. You see what it did to you and, I hope, are grateful for that revelation. My favorite tool is,
