Went to a football party today with lots of people drinking and I was able to feel
Comfortable with not drinking. Happy to have friends and family who respect my decision

Nice! I always used football Sundays as an excuse to drink..it’s amazing how much can be done when not drinking. This was my first weekend of not drinking in a longggg time and I gardened, read, decorated, AND watched football. I know I’ll be tempted in the future but I felt great today. Glad for you!
