Went to my first sober potluck/softball game with my home group yesterday. My first “party” being sober. I had so much fun and I’ll be able to remember all of it! 82 days with the program, it’s working for me and I’m working it as well. Very grateful for new sober friends and a reminder that we’re all just people going through life except that we have a disease. I can’t do it alone but WE can!

Fun in sobriety is sooo important. I’m so grateful for the fellowship of AA. I found real friends and support in the rooms. I can be the real me, and feel accepted and loved. Happy to hear you have found the same

Glad you are enjoying the fruits of your labor. Nothing like seeing working the program pay off.
That's what it's all about! Keep it up! Being a "part of" and doing things out of your comfort zone is the kind of things that really help on the journey. Recovery takes action and effort. Keep going it will change your life!
