What a test day one can be, eh? Had some good things happen, had some bad, all the while the urge and cravings driving me mad, but I am at the end of day 1, and I can officially say, I'm still clean and sober.

I am proud of you. You got this. I am on day 170. I have had people tell me not to count the days but I need to. I had to get rid of the old friends. Ma I e new sober friends. You got this. But you can't do it alone. Go to church, change everything up. Because we can't do this alone.
Today is day 1 for me also. I totally can’t remember the last Saturday that I didn’t drink at all. So proud of myself but I have a long way to go. Congratulations on your day 1. Keep up the good work. You got this!
