Self care, mindfulness, saying no to something I don't want to do, good nutrition n herbal supplements, but most importantly walking with my HP

Working the 12 steps with my sponsor, meetings, walking/jogging, yoga, meditation, conscious contact with my HP, Journaling, gratitude list daily, talking with others in the program, staying in the day or the hour...whatever is needed, serenity prayer multiple times a day and asking for help when you need it.

Working out was big... work helped.... but I just had to decide if I wanted to live or not... stay busy, occupy your mind, talk about your sobriety so it's in your face all the time... get rid of those avenues that lead you back to the thing we all haye the most...

I never did like how people would list things or people in my life and be like there u go... like no shoot I have that if it was enough, I wouldn't be here again...

You got this... follow me for more tips...

I always forget to do this. Feels like my days are flying by this week, by the time I’m in bed I feel like I’ve done nothing productive all day!

Self care is a big one for me! What does self care look like for you?

I am starting this habit and I feel so much better for it!

This is a great list! Thank you for sharing :relaxed:
I’ve tried hot yoga a few times. It’s a serious work out!

I completely understand that feeling. Yes, there’s always something to be grateful for- but that’s not the problem. A lot of people don’t understand that!

Yes! Journaling is very helpful!

I don’t run a lot anymore but it used to be my favorite thing to do.
