I am currently on step 11 and trying to balance being a dad and studies for my faith and am about to work at a new job soon. Just getting a perspective on where everyone was when they had 18 months.

Completed my 12 step, had that spiritual awakening that is talked about. 3 days later was involved in my 1st OIS...it was suicide by cop. I'll never forget that day in 1990.
I appreciate your service. I was addicted to heroin and was arrested for prescription fraud. It's been a difficult life. I'm glad I stopped when I did. I have not touched opiates for 16 years now. I'm currently with my daughter at girl scouts. She has never knew me like that. It's someone like you that saved my life. That must have caused some trauma. Hope you are doing well.
