First few months I had started working out everyday, sitting in the sauna to detoxify all toxin out of me in the gym whether it’s lifting weights or just walking 45 mins a day .. I avoided bars n parties and not be around holidays unless I was mentally ready to be around that environment. If I did do anything to be around I’m with friends that know I’m not trying drink and don’t stop them from drinking around me . Once I felt a little ok to step out I would time myself on how long I need to be around people or the atmosphere around liquor my limit is 1-2 hours and I’m heading home . I chewed gum to help the urge as well or have maybe a choclate on me to eat , Celsius is my go too drink when I’m out. It help me with energy and you would think it’s a drink but it’s not how my mind first registered it. So since I’ve completed my year my next step is to get out a little more and live my life🤎
