Go to the gym, a meeting, read a book, take a walk, join a group of some kind, go eat dinner, listen to music or watch a movie, listen to a podcast. Etc…..
530 meeting is every day 4 miles from me. I generally go on Fridays as a matter of course for sure to set up for the weekend.

Yes I've gotten into some fun ones. You can also make them with black cherry juice for a natural sleep aid at bedtime

Yesterday, I was just getting out of a 2 hour jiu jitsu session. I recommend it for everyone. They even use it for combat veterans with ptsd. It is so technical and there is the physical aspect, so your focus is redirected completely. #foldinglaundrywithpeopleinit

There must be a social hour somewhere that's just people chatting like they would at a workday lunch hour.
I always do something active when I get off of work, whether it’s a long walk, hiking, gym time or a yoga class. The evenings are hard for me and I find that being active really helps me mentally unwind from the day and physically relax. Then I cook dinner, call family or friends, and settle in with a book, a little TV, or music and art time
