What do you do to combat nervous system overload that makes cravings literal hell for you physically?

Have you tried meditation or yoga or exercising? They have meditation on here. Prayer helps. Do you have an animal? Focus on a word that is soothing such as calm or peace. Have you tried YouTube? Just don’t let it make you use is all. No excuses to use now. You just gotta tough it out the best you can. Hope you hang in there.
