What do you get when the system fails you again, cancels your appointment without informing you, & then leaves you with zero anti depressants & Xanax after you’ve been on them for over a year? One angry alcoholic ready to give up.

Don’t give up. Remember to accept the things you can not change. I get it is frustrating and annoying.. I have been there. Several times. It will work out I am sure.

Go for a walk, a long long walk. Hopefully your meds are filled soon. Don’t drink

Oh man…Can you go to urgent care…not sure they’ll refill your Xanax but they should provide a refill for the anti depressant….at least till your next appt. Hang in there, it’s happened to me as well and it’s infuriating.
