What foods work for you?

Hi all. Stopped drinking Friday night. Haven't had another drop since. Feeling good about it.

Hate the cravings though. Biting into an apple seems to work instantly for me to take the craving away which is fantastic.

What fruits work for you? Or any other foods?

I eat an apple and popcorn. They seem to keep me from loading up on just junk all the time.

I drink redbull when I'm out and craving a drink. At home I dont have cravings to drink.

I found that sugar free mints help. I do not crave alcohol, I used naltroxone for a year and that took care of those for me. Now, it is sugary things, that is why I keep a plethora of the SF mints around.

Jolly ranchers and the green life savers have been my go tos when I have cravings.
