Vitamin drinks and water. Stay away from sugary drinks. Not into imitation alcoholic drinks. Don’t need the reminder.

Water is my go to!! I travel in Europe a lot and they're big on sparkling water and I swear every time I taste it, it feels like I'm drinking a beer that had been rattling around in my trunk for three months and I want to puke.
