What helps you stick to it?

For those who have had ups and downs in attempting sobriety, what helps you stick to it?

I’ve had a couple of “rock bottom” moments over the past 6 years with lots of “successful” moderate drinking. I want to quit for good for my health and to be fully present in my life. What advice do you have on sticking to it and not falling into the “it’s fine, I have control over it now” trap?

For me going to meetings and hearing about others relapses help keep me sober. I think you know that “moderate” drinking leads to problems for you. My advice: find a group, AA or other. You will get accountability.
