Being Spiritually Awake. These intangible terms refer to how ‘mindful’ you are. Do you live in a way that you are at peace with who you are and your environment. Do you understand yourself, how you desire to interact with the world around you? Or are you just a reactionary being, unaware of your deeper thoughts and unable to control them?

I like this. I find i’m a lot better with Conscious Contact now that i’m Sober.My emotions are better in tact. When I’m asked a question I mean what i say. I have more compassion for myself so i set boundaries✝️.
