What is something easy, a small goal you can set before going to sleep for yourself tomorrow. Something you can easily accomplish to give your subconscious a sense of completion. It works to give yourself a better mindset.

Hi Chris,

Making your bed, doing a load of laundry, cooking dinner verses eating out, straightening up a junk drawer, etc. Everyday things that I hated doing are now are opportunities for me to do self care or mini accomplishments.

Bf bed, read mindset books. Just a few pages each night. That helps me alot!!
