Im grateful that, even though im calm through certain situations, i still wanna snap but i hold my composure.. 5 years ago i would of.. because through addiction i was running from reality!! Thats a example of my growth

Last year at this time I was a mess, the walking dead. Now it's like day and night at peace building my life back and happy as ever. But God!!

Thanks for your share. Today was a tough one. 14 days sober and white knucklin it. Living minute by minute. The shame and guilt of addiction has left and has been replaced with rage. I don't understand why I'm so angry. Ok I take that back it was decades of self abuse and running from reality.
