What is the difference between ethics and morals in your opinion? Has anyone ever violated any of those in your life? Oh and congratulations on your sobriety.

Ethics are typically cited with respect to organizational standards (eg citizenship ) while morals are more often cited w regard to personal behavior (eg dating)

To me ethics is a code of conduct imposed by society. Morality is self imposed. I look at it like this. In business the first ethic is make money, however a moral business would put people's wellbeing first. If a business is ethical they maintain the letter of the law, but a moral company makes sure that even the lowest supplier in their chain makes a living.
