What is this?! Is it normal to not be able

Ugh hardest part! I was exhausted! Night time tea helps especially valerian or camomile *

Thanks Jay.

Yes absolutely normal. When you drink you actually don’t sleep. Your body is awake hence why you feel exhausted after a night of drinking next day. You don’t go into your full cycle

Hi Rico, for me i had to start working each day. I never exercised before so it was new to me. Once I started working out, it became difficult to stay up past 10pm cause I am exhausted. Now I’m able to sleep 10-7 almost every night. Everyone is different, but you’ll get there!

Totally normal, it is temporary and gets much better. It’s the brain withdrawing and rewireing itself, be prepared for sudden tiredness soon. Rest as much as you can if you experience tiredness like I did after the insomnia went away. That is a sign of your brain healing and beginning normal function without substance in your system. Early sobriety sucks but I think we’d all agree it gets better and it’s worth it.

Completely normal. It took me months to be able to sleep well again. Your nerves take time to adjust and heal without alcohol. Oddly less sleep and I was less tired because I wasn't drunk every night anymore. Exercise helps so did calm mg supplement. The best thing is clocking sober time so your mind and body can get back to neutral.

Yes! Totally normal. I went through the exact same and it is tough physically and mentally, but stick with it. Your body is angry, but will thank you soon. I know for me it lasted 11 days.
