What are some albums or songs that really helped you (or are currently helping you) in early sobriety?
Music has always been a big part of my life. In early sobriety it not only helped me get though my days but also I found new meanings in old songs. Re-visiting music I listened to in my childhood like the Beatles, Jethro Tull, Pink Floyd, Frank Zappa and The Smashing Pumpkins meant everything. I listened to Thick As a Brick, Dark Side of The Moon and Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness over and over again!
Lately I've been exploring new psychedelic rock bands like Beak> and Trees Speak. Music helps me live!
