What recovery look like today for me well after dinner I played 2 CDs worth of r & b music
And pick 2 grosery bags of greens cause my mom yes she making us a nice meal
Then after picking the greens I lets them soak in the sink in salt so all that dabre on them can go too the bottom on the sink and she will wash them and take it from there
And I came up stairs and plug my phone up and read chapter 5 in living sober book since it's the 5th day I was thinking why not right
Basic rules of thumbs a person reads a chapter of the recovery program knows more about the program then a person reads a paragraph or a couple sentences or less
So yeah that's what I did and talk to the higher power to bless another
