Stay in the solutions... and use the phone... keeping your self busy has been the best. And most importantly doing the steps to be able to pay it forward

Just be sober today, that’s it. 24 hours isn’t hard. I don’t have any long term plans of sobriety. I just stay present and that has helped me stay sober. Try it, just 1 day at a time. You got this..

Fake it tell you make it!!

When you want to live a better life but don't know how. Just keep doing whatever people with so good sobriety say. It might not make sense but do it anyway AND YOU CAN MAKE IT

Monkeys can't sell bananas lol

No but all jokes aside the usual go to meetings sit down shut up and listen. Because I have the hardest time doing any of that. And everyday I realize I only got 70 days (today) or whatever clean. I have no profound knowledge of to stay clean like the others in the program do. So listening to them is key. Following what they'd do is urgent.
