My tracker says 3 but this has been my 4th not having anything. I almost caved when we were going to go out for dinner but stayed home.

In a couple of hours it’ll be a week! It’s been awhile since I’ve done a week, but I haven’t stayed sober for longer than that in years. So here’s to real changes and new habits.

Only 12 hours so far. Got this app while looking for some online support groups since it’s been a struggle. Everyone seems incredibly supportive. :muscle: Happy to have found this.
