4 years, six months and 25 days.

Here's how WE did it:

  1. Regular meeting attendance.
  2. I have a support group.
  3. I work the 12 Steps of Narcotics Anonymous.
  4. I have a sponsor that has a sponsor.
  5. I call and use that sponsor.
  6. Prayer and meditation.
  7. I have a service commitment.
  8. I have a relationship with
    the God of MY understanding.
  9. I try NOT to take myself too seriously, BUT I take my recovery seriously.
  10. I have fun, keep it light, and TRY to keep it simple.
