Whats everybody reading?!? Does anyone have any sobriety books (outside the big book and living sober) that you have found helpful and insighrful?
There are 100s of great books out there. That are great to learn about psychology, addiction,Alanon. Emotions, life that are all great reads for addicts and alcoholics and God or spiritual teachings Learning should never end in the 30s when thd big book was written. Even Bill W said that the big book was just the beginning and far from the end for us. But if you are new it is best to stick to the BB and 12 steps for a while)

Girl! This book is something. It took me three years to read it. It was so much emotional and mentally. I read it like a college text and took notes. If you didn't know there is a workbook that goes along with it. You can get it on Amazon, shein, and tenu. I wish you the best as you process the information!
