69 days clean today. DOC: alcohol, benzos and stimulants. When does your energy come back?? I feel like I’m dragging myself through everyday. Someone give me hope lol

I realized I am more of a morning person than I ever knew. I started going to bed at by 8-ish… sometimes a little earlier sometimes a bit later but if I go to bed when I first feel frenzy I sleep all night and wake up refreshed without an alarm. It’s a beautiful new world!! I love my sleep!!

Ashley, don’t worry, your energy will come back for sure. I had to start w baby steps. I went to live AA meetings everyday. Started raking short walks, hikes, gym. At first I was going to gym for 15 min:sweat_smile:, but consistently. Then energy struck like lightning 
. Too much! Ran 10 miles daily, weights for an hour and ocean swimming everyday. Addictive behavior for sure. It’s expected. After awhile, I learned balance. Keep me posted, I’ve 14 years sober snd love helping others
