When does the restlessness stop?

Getting decent sleep has always been an issue for me. I currently take Prazosin for nightmares and added in 5 mg of Melatonin this past week. It isn't a perfect combo, but it helps.

Also, for anxiety, I listen to sleep music playlists on Spotify or watch something funny to help me regulate.
