When I get home each day, I always seem to recall each time throughout the day my mind went into a negative trans.
I use to curse myself for it but now I use it as a means to continue my care in recovery. Knowing what I never want to go back to, jails institutions that will lead to my death. These just aren’t options in my life, and I refuse to lose this new glorious life.
