What I’ve seen in myself, and others, is this feeling that when people don’t meet our expectations, the tendency is to take it personally and interpret the experience to mean that we’re NOT loved.
What if the main reason we get upset with the thought that we’re not loved is that it triggers the belief that we’re unlovable? We’re actually upset with ourselves. The appearance of the lack of Love from others is only a projection, a manifestation of our OWN LACK of self-Love, to help us realize that we have the power to change the outer by changing the inner. Someone who truly loves themselves would would NOT be able to hold the vibration of hatred for another.
Prayer is our answer.
Praying to remember the truth about ourselves is a great act of Self-Love. We pray to release every false thought and remember the truth that sets us free.
We pray to see no enemies, only our precious brothers and sisters. ~Jennifer Hadley
