No, I didn't start drinking again thinking this time would be different! Lol.
At times, I procrastinate what I imagine to be an unpleasant task. Just recently, for about 2 weeks, I put off a task and created anxiety for myself. I actually had several nightmares which finally prompted me to act. I completed the task which actually turned out so much better than I was anticipating. Note to self - JUST DO IT!!!
