Where do you find the step prayers at? I was told they’re in the big book but no one showed me and I’ve flipped through it and can’t find them.

Parts of them are in the big book but I believe they're in the 12 and 12 in more detail

If you google prayers from the Big Book there are several sites that have them. 3rd step prayer pg 63. Sick man’s prayer pg 67. 7th step prayer pg 75. St Francis prayer is in the 11th step in The 12 and 12. I love 3 and 7. Pray them every morning.

85 -88 is the daily prayers most are referring to as an exercise.
