I am 36 years old when I was 22 I was arrested by the vice squad for forging a prescription for Opiates. I was found guilty of CDS with intent to distribute. Felony. I was on probation for a decade from around 18 until 28. I was a Iv heroin user for about a year. It has been years since I have touched opiates. I overcame my addiction and my daughter has never seen me like that. I was diagnosed with PTSD. I take no prescriptions. I have been to three rehabs and one halfway house. I was homeless for stealing from my mom. I had my house burn down during my addiction. My family talks to me today. I use to mess with Occult Magic and brought many bad things my way. I am today a Christian and follow the word. No matter what you have been through it does not discriminate and addiction is on the rise. Find people who have what you want as in they have Joy in their life. I want to thank God that he did not give up on me.
Does getting sober at 25 help? Does getting shot on 3 separate occasions and stabbed 4x's and still staying & Working a 12 step program count! Talking about "Turning your live over to the care of God AS you understand him".
